Very friendly and efficient check in, even though we arrived at 22.40. Great night's sleep in a comfy bed. Clean and bright bathroom. Wonderful selections on the breakfast menu at Beefeater next-door. Pleasant and friendly staff in there. Altogether a pleasant stay.
The rooms are modern and spacious but this is a relatively new hotel so you would expect it to be. The room was spotless and the towels were clean no staining. You enter your vehicle reg on check in which exempts you from the parking charges for the duration of your stay. One of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever stayed in, made getting up in the morning more difficult than it should have been. It’s quiet here also so you wont struggle to sleep. The beefeater next door is great for breakfast and evening meals so you wont go hungry either. Hotel is in a good location with easy access to the main road. Would recommend this hotel.
Clean and modern, great location and good having the beefeater next door. Rooms are not great in the summer though - a/c barely works and no windows that open mean the rooms get very hot, even when the outside temperature during the day is only low 20's. Seems really short sighted to not have opening windows!Rooms: 3/5
The hotel room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you could need. My only criticism is the food from the Beefeater next door, that you can take back to the room was absolutely inedible. I cannot stress how overcooked, dry disgusting the surf and turf was, and the turkey roast dinner was an absolute joke. 5 rings if overcooked carrots, 2 previously frozen sprouts, 3 small halves of burnt roast potatoes, a chewy soggy Yorkshire pud, 1 tiny slice of a parsnip and a very dry ball of stuffing. DISGUSTING FOOD.
This is a new premier inn. The rooms are up to Premier Inn's new standard, they are warm they have AC for the summer and comfortable. The bed was good and firm!Rooms: 5/5
Very friendly guy on the reception. Room clean. Plenty of free parking. You know the standard of a Premier Inn and this one exceeded it. Would I use it again? Yes I would.Rooms: 5/5
Our room was amazing - air con a god send and huge! Very clean and well stocked with toiletries. Comfy bed and easy check in system. Nice having beefeater so close for breakfast the next morning.

Brandon on reception was amazing. We had loads of trouble getting a hotel in the area and he sorted us out. Not just helpful but very polite too...a lovely disposition.
