Welcome to the Holiday Inn Farnborough hotel. Here you can book one of our 142 hotel rooms directly through the hotel and with the latest available offers. All of our rooms offer High Speed Internet Access and free use of our Spirit Health Club, which includes a swimming pool, newly updated gym, lifestyle consultants and beauty therapists. The Holiday Inn Farnborough hotel is situated near to the centre of the town and is close to Farnborough airport, which is just a short drive away. Also within easy driving distance are the Bowling Club, King George’s Field and St Michael’s Abbey.

Our Farnborough Holiday Inn has a choice of soft or firm pillow, so your stay in our hotel will be a relaxing experience. Every room comes with a High Definition LCD TV with access to the latest movies (even before they’ve been released on DVD).

The hotel falls far below the standard I've come to expect from the Holiday Inn brand. The rooms are dated and the general decor run down. In my particular room, the bedside lights didn't work and were replace by a makeshift floor lamp with a round pin plug for which there was only one suitable socket, on the wrong side of the bed. The TV was tiny in relation to distance from the bed and the carpets and bathroom were dirty.nIn short, the room should have been put out of commission until it was fixed.nBar service during the night was a joke and involved 10-15 mins of registering my card at reception before I could purchase a drink.nAt almost £300 for 2 nights, I expect a far better standard of accommodation and service.nIt is definitely off my list of suitable hotels for the foreseeable.
Breakfasts are worth going for. You cannot leave hungry. The hotel is very busy with conferences and breakfast sessions. Surprisingly there is no business centre. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Easy location for getting onto road network.
I visit the holiday Inn weekly for meetings that are held in one of the large function rooms. The breakfast the hotel provides is always delicious and the coffee is really good.nnAll the staff that I have spoken to have always been very friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend this hotel to any one. A five star service every time
Having stayed for 3 nights, I can safely say that it's a pretty nice hotel. However there are some areas that could do with improvement.nnI stayed in room 109 which was nice however throughout the hotel you can see that some places like the hallways and worn carpet look tired and need a spruce up. Especially some loose fixtures in the bathroom and worn shower hose which restricts the water flow which sadly lets it down a bit. The bed was very comfy on all nights and finally a hotel with a good A/C! Please don't ever change that. I will add though it is turned off by a timer or automatically at night at some time probably to save energy.nnSome areas are lovely throughout the hotel which are nicely designed, like the bar area, it looks very modern and the breakfast dinning area was great too. I had breakfast included with my room and the quality of the food was brilliant everyday and the staff very friendly throughout, couldn't fault that.nnHowever what I refuse to pay were the prices of the food for dinner, charging £15 to £19 for one main is in my opinion is very expensive. Ordering food in with a delivery charge from Deliveroo or Just Eat works out slightly cheaper depending on what you order.nnFor those looking to attend the British Motor Show, this is a brilliant hotel, I think it's the closest other than the Aviator, just a 10 min walk. Oh and parking is included which is also a bonus too! Just make sure you use the right hand tablet as everyone including staff & guests commented that the left hand tablet didn't work properly so....nnJust throwing it out there, maybe change it? Factory reset? Purchase a new one maybe?...after 3 days it's safe to say that if it's still not working, it probably needs looking at as I always overheard guests saying it's not working and that was just me passing by.nnOther than that, brilliant hotel would stay here again as long as the prices weren't jacked up too high for peak demand and I'd certainly order food in again for dinner if they remain at the same price.
No complaints. Good location for the Farnborough area and there are some nice restaurants nearby and the military sights as well. Staff were super friendly and helpful -- have me a complimentary drink at check-in! The room was a little cold and held moisture a bit, but that is likely due to being in the ground floor. No real complaint about it however: it was minor and the room was very very nice.
