I am quite difficult to please as a customer and am not given to rating highly unless I am truly impressed. This is a delightful B&B and good value for money. Communication prior to my stay was speedy and helpful. Colebrook House is situated in a quiet Victorian suburban road with plenty of free on-street parking. The interior is decorated tastefully and the room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bed was especially comfortable. The staff were charming and the breakfasts were amazing. I could not recommend this B&B more highly.

I stayed in room 1. Very homely and quaint. Clean and quiet. Julie and her team are amazing. Perfect bed and breakfast if you want a home away from home experience. Tea and coffee in the rooms. Ironing board in the corridor outside the room. Services are definitely 5/5.

This B&B is located in a nice quite street with little to none road noise which is been great for me. Within a mile or so of the airport. Shops close by 20min walk 5min by car. The room I had was pretty much standard single bed room with an ensuite. Tea, coffee, hot choc in the room. Breakfast is lovely.my scrambled eggs were lush. Cerials and other things on offer. Will happily stay here again if ever in the are.
