The staff doesn't bother with "Good morning" or even a smile. They keep chatting between themselves and take their time while the queue of customers builds up. They don't listen to what you're asking and blame you for the misunderstanding while mumbling inaudibly 10 feet away from the microphone. They leave valuable parcels unattended on the counter before dispatching them. Some debits cards never work in their card reader. Quite possibly the worst post office I've ever been to, I wonder sometimes if there's no hidden camera to film our reactions.

The absolute worst. Everything seems like a huge problem, not least because you've interrupted their day chatting/reading. Snide responses to any questions, constant blasting of religious radio. I dread having to come here.

Really rude and lazy staff. They are also very slow which often causes queues. If there was an award for the worst post office in London, this place would be in top 3 for sure

Staff is rude. Chewing gum which I find disrespectfull. Lunch time when there is most People only one lady is serving!!!

Waited in a long queue only to be told by the surly staff that they didn't sell the envelopes in the shop, the pharmacy does, so I had to go pay for that separately and then go to the back of the queue. What post office doesn't sell basic envelopes and packaging materials? Completely idiotic set-up not made any sweeter by the unfriendly staff.
