Erm, so I guess this is the reason why anyone bothers to write a review. Am just curious as to what is so fundamentally wrong with post office that makes it SO difficult for their staff to be even reasonably friendly towards customers... all starts and ends with the disgruntled gaze and the barking of ‘orders’ for me to read out to them the address (which is already on the label along with the bar code which they took over the counter glass). Some weird aversion to touching or handling a Monica Vinader return box? Or is it just... rudeness? Overworked and little Pay (aren’t we all)? What is it that makes them pull that ‘oh I am so inconvenienced because of you and your parcel’ face throughout your transaction? Well, I suppose it was very much effective in making me get vocal about the quality of service they offer (barely). NOW I understand how the other low stars came about... “Jeffery”

I have just moved into the area and went to use my local post office for the first time. The manager of the store seemed as though he would rather be doing anything than serve me. Looked over my head whilst talking to me and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to his day rather than a potential life long customer. Poor form!!!
