If there was an option of leaving 0 rating I would have left it. I'm utmost appalled at the service I received by MR YUSUF at this post office. He is the most rudest, unprofessional person I've ever met. I myself work in customer service and I honestly don't know how he still has a job. He thinks he owns the place with his bad attitude. . I am sure other customers have had similar experiences and they won't be coming back to this post office anymore. I hope the head office will consider in re-training the staff as these staff lack the knowledge in customer service.

Like most services in Canning Town, this is not very good if I want to be diplomatic. They tried to improve,I can see that they have workers behind the windows since this Summer when they often put customers into a riotous mood. However,staff remains slow ,and ,occasionally rude. I never forget this Summer. When asking why they were not a bit quicker with more staff when there were lots of customers, I got the answer 'system is slow'. Us customers told the manager that theirs was a bad service and this happened a few times. Anyhow, nobody I know likes to go to this post office as one never knows if there will be a moody staff or how many ppl work on that given day. One gets the impression that their management tries to run on the least amount of staff which is ridiculous. I would say, time to get the postal service back under governmental control as they are not only 2 different companies now but also focused on profit-making only. As for any services in Canning Town, most of them like GPs are rather bad+ there are also high crime rates+antisocial behavior+squalor and deprivation around. Can't understand how the council d want the well-off to move here at all!

Prime example of a branch that can do with the self-service machines. What's the point in having people to serve you when they don't do their job - attitude problems, don't want to be there and the most unhelpful. If you get a customer service rep called Saha - god help you. All my transactions are very simple and I can send my things in less than 5 minutes on a self-service machine. On one occasion, all I asked was: "is this a large letter or a small parcel?", only to be replied with stinking attitude of "you think that's a large letter??", erm there is no large letter template in the building to see the fit! It's a perfectly legitimate question - if you don't like your job or have personal issues, do not take them out on your customers, do everyone including yourself a favour and leave. How do you manage to turn a simple customer question into an issue??! No wonder any transaction that has involved more steps, people have had more problems (just read the comments on here!) and complained on here. If I had a choice, I wouldn't use this Post office. Unfortunately sometimes I am unable to post things when I get to work, so am forced to use them. God knows if there's even anyone running the place - if there is, clearly they don't give a damn about the disgusting attitude of their employees... this is how terrible people remain in jobs - but hey, what can you do when management don't listen to customers!

Went to sort few things out, service wasn't bad as it has put up there, I was acknowledged and directed to the service I required and I left very quick. I did observed bobby who was dealing with a foreign national with different accent , it was professional as well as I was served by afaq and the other two members, no complains, good to leave a

Very rude people, no customer service! I arrived at 17.30 and the guy close the door on my face saying we close now. Very unprofessional! Will never go to see those useless staff
