Pretty basic but helpful for sending/recieving packages. Opening times restricted though so check in advance.

Absolute debacle. I order an Amazon parcel to collect out of what I thought was convenience, but the collection times are false. On the first day I went to collect, I was told to ring to arrange for the parcel to be released from RM to Coop. On the second day, despite making the call, I was not able to collect the parcel. As such I now have to go back for a third day to collect, hopefully. I have recommended that this location is removed from Amazon's list at the soonest possible opportunity.

I have used these guys on many occasions and have always had a great service. Quick and easy. Thank you. You want bad service try the one on Fulham Palace road.
