I don`t feel like those bad reviews are for real but from my personal experience the service is quite good. The staff is working fast and they are really helpful. Deposits and withdrawals, travel cards and top-ups, post, money transfer, Amazon can deliver to them and you can pick it up later. Also they do not charge extra for small transactions (even £1 purchase is free from £0.50 fee or whatever) and they are instant.

Without fail there is some rudeness each time I visit this post office, my most local. This time the woman raised one hand to take my parcel leaving one hand on the counter. Unsurprisingly she dropped it and then blamed me for talking to another customer. I'd rather wait till tomorrow and take it somewhere else

I don't understand why there are such poor reviews. I've been using this post office all my life and even after the revamp and new staff, it's fine! I always get done what I needed to and service is fine. I'm not there to make best friends so I don't care if they aren't that smily! Always my first choice.
