Plenty of self service, so usually short or no wait. Would be nice if it was open before 8.30am some days. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Outstanding customer service at the self-service points (I know that's technically a contradiction). I struggled as a newbie but was immediately spotted as being a slow learner, and was cheerfully guided the whole way by someone that truly believes in customer service. Very refreshing.

The staff here for me has always been unfailingly helpful and polite - they will go the extra mile for you if you are the same. Really good people.

Busy store at lunchtime but staff were friendly and very helpful with all the stickers and labels that I needed for my parcel. They have packing tape and scissors to pack boxes which I only realised after buying a roll of packing tape to use. They don’t accept American Express credit cards.

Got here at about 8.40am on a Wednesday, one person in the queueing system in front of me. I was seen well within a minute of waiting by a really helpful and knowledgeable lady. I needed some information on a return registered post envelope and she asked me what was going to be posted back to me so that she could guesstimate the weight (I didn't have the package with me). She advised me to take a note of the number or a picture on my phone so that I could track it. She was very friendly and had a smile which I think always helps. Not sure about the other workers, so it could be pot-luck who you get.
