Vita Student in exeter has a very good management team, 24-hour front desk duty, no matter what situation, always at the first time to help you. Free weekday breakfasts allow you to wake up and eat a hearty breakfast without the hassle of preparation. The free room cleaning service every two weeks can help homeowners free their hands and save more time to devote to their study and life. At the same time, Vita often holds various activities in the common room, such as free fitness class, free cooking class, free wine tasting and so on. I am also a resident of Vita. All the above contents are my personal views and experience. Vita will not give me advertising fee just because I praise it.I simply want more people to know that there are good apartments in Exeter .
VITA IS A CLASS APART ! It feels like a home away from home. Just a few minutes away from the Uni and a stroll to high street makes it the perfect choice for a student. The facilities at VITA are exactly what a student would want. The team at VITA , Exeter is unrivalled. They strive to ensure that we are not compromising on any aspect of student accommodation. Right from house-keeping to socialising. They conduct amazing workshops and interaction every single day which fosters an atmosphere of inclusion and positivity among the students. Nelly will always be my "go to" person since she's taken utmost care of me from Day 1. She makes sure that her people always have a smile on ! Infact everyone at VITA would make u feel like you're a part of a close knit family ! I would chose VITA over and over again , if given a chance to ! And I would encourage everyone to just LIVE THIS EXPERIENCE.
Impressive accommodation! My sister Liu had spent a fantastic time in vita during her postgraduate years and I have visited her room many times and was impressed by the good reception, free breakfast and housekeeping. All the best to her and her time in vita
Such a lovely place! Not only the environment is brilliant but also got the best reception team lead by Nelly. Makes me feel like home.Nelly is sooo funny and nice. As an international student here,the reception team makes me feel like home. Treating you with love and patience. In summary: 5 stars for Nelly!
The best way to unwind after your exhausting seminars. Every day of the week you can find something to do and my favourite is definitely the cooking class. The pancake day was one thing I enjoyed the most, Steph did an amazing day making hot pancakes and arranging it with assortments of toppings. Staff is super friendly and you will feel like home away from home.
This is the last day of my stay at Vita Student and I have been here for 51 weeks. During this time I have had a great stay, I love the interior of my studio and the cleanliness of the common areas. My favourite part is the two floor to ceiling windows in the studio, the view and the light are great. Also, I was very well looked after by the Vita management team, they were all very friendly and welcoming and I appreciate the work they did, which helped me a lot. I will miss it all when I leave here, thanks vita

It's not easy when you're out alone, but the service here makes you feel at home.
An organisation of scammers. On arrival the accommodation was filthy and the wardrobe was broken. Before leaving, I asked at the reception about the refundable deposit of £600 and was assured I would receive it if I contacting them online. Now, on the phone they have told me the deposit is not refundable and are calling it a "booking fee". A shameful company who exploits students for gain. I want my deposit back!
Vita portland house is a great place in Exeter for students. The studio rooms are spacious and lively and it's in a great location which is close to city centre. They have all the amenities from study space, game room, a place for Netflix and chill and gym. There's always events happening in the weekdays which is really fun and it's a cool place to find new friends. The front desk is available 24/7 and the queries are resolved on time. I would highly recommend this place for the students who is looking for a home, away from home.
Stef is an absolute darling. Not only is she the loveliest person on site she makes sure that everyone is happy and goes out of her way to ensure we have all that we need. It’s a pleasure to see her smiley face and feel like a friend is there to look after you. Thank you Stef!
