Great pool let down by bitchy indifferent staff who only want to please each other & the people they know. If you enjoy going to this place, avoid communicating with staff as much as possible otherwise be prepared to absorb some bitchy expressions & attitudes!

You'll also have to deal with management allowing crowds of school kids to not bother using lockers & leave their clothes in all the cubicles so you can't find an empty one to get changed.

Reply to manager- you don't need to wait for complaints from your customers (most of whom wouldn't wish to be identified), if you're truly interested in improving the service to get a better google rating just take 5 minutes to observe the situation, your staff or watch them interacting with customers

Inside out outside pool, inside is 33.3m has a really deep end. Sauna, steam rooms and gym included with membership unfortunately the repair times and feedback response times for facilities are quite poor. Also has a cafe which sells mostly fast foos and viewing area. Inside pool has three diving blocks

Came here today to enjoy the gorgeous weather and I was left very disappointed by all the rules and regulations of this place. The outdoor pool is heated to 28 degrees and indoor pool to 31 degree which is a huge plus, however the fact that they have a massive green area, at which we cannot sunbathe, utter disappointment. That's how some people dry after a good swim! Not allowed!! Outdoors shoes not allowed around the outdoor pool... if only it was that clean, I wouldn't mind, but it's not! And lastly, no selfies or pool pictures!! No wonder you have such poor reviews ha ha ha... if you could only leave people take photos, they might be able to market and promote better what you can't do right in the first place... not enough signs or directions for anything! It's a guessing game or whatever you hear from staff which might be making it up as they go along or if they like you or not, I suppose...

I used to really like this place. But after months of feedback, the gents changing rooms remain grotty. Mould on the walls and shower ceilings. Half of the lockers are broken. The showers themselves are no longer warm and the shampoo/soap dispensers need replacing, desperately. Please.

Good Gym facilities, pool and spa facilities. It does need some improvement though, there is obvious mould in the membership shower area which always creeps me out and the general old fashion look of the spa area could do with a little modernising.
