Perform Pilates

I've been attending mat and reformer sessions with Cynthia for the past 5 years and think she is an outstanding teacher. Her classes are varied and her teaching style has meant that I've been able to deal with a long standing injury and have become much stronger and more supple. It is not an understatement to say that she really has changed my life! I've been able to get back into sports that I'd given up on. Highly recommended.

I have learnt so much from teaching and attending classes, privates and workshops at Perform Pilates. If you are looking for a friendly fully equipped Pilates studio you must try one of Cynthia’s classes she will change the way you think about your body.

AMAZING !! This studio has a real buzz about it, the teachers are great and I have made some good friends here. For Pilates I personally wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent teacher.... good clear instructions. Cynthia allows you to work at your level on a movement rather than be kept to a specific level - excellent as we are all better or less better at some things than others! Thoroughly recommend.
