Design Fitness are excellent. They are enthusiastic, knowledgable, supportive, patient and listened to my requirements. They provided lots of encouragement without using the bullying approach to exercise. I have seen great progress and have grown to really enjoy the sessions. I have no hesitation in recommending Design Fitness to other people. I heartily recommend them.

The guys there really know their stuff. The classes are really inclusive and tailored to any needs or limitations you have. I've had a very bad back and this was taken into consideration without excluding me from any exercises. Heartily recommend.
