Body Logic Physiotherapy

Liam is simply brilliant - re-occurring lower back pain (too much sitting at work these days) which causes the lower back muscles to spasm, I literally go in crooked, and walk out straight, plus really effective exercise plans that complement the physio, which is as intense as you can handle. For me, having someone able to deep tissue massage a 6'3" 100KG + ex-rugby forward, is why i keep coming back when ever the back pain flares up again. Can't recommend highly enough.

Outstanding work from Liam - very knowledgeable. Two sessions on frozen tendons in my foot from an injury and almost back to normal. :)

I was referred to Body Logic through the motor insurance bureau after a car accident affecting mostly my knees and nerves, but ultimately aggravating some already wonky bio mechanics. Paul has been a fantastic support, very informative in our sessions, knowledgeable to a fault, and reassuring and rational during a time when my physical injuries were affecting my mindset. I have been discharged armed with a routine to continue with, and a positive outlook for my continued recovery with self management, and a vast improvement in my mobility, range and strength. Won't hesitate to recommend you!!

I visited Body Logic after pulling a muscle in my back, back in August. The problem was persistent and seemed to affect me at different times, often causing issues with sitting and walking. After visiting Paul he recommended some quite straightforward exercises that I could do at home, and after 2 more visits we managed to locate the remaining pain as a muscle spasm. I am now well on the way to recovery, continuing with my home exercises and able to walk and run normally. I recommend using them !

Liam and Paul are two real gentlemen. I received two separate courses of treatment from Liam, both very successful. The first one was for an excruciating knee problem and the second, a debilitating shoulder injury. In each case, he manipulated my joints and tendons and taught me a regime of exercises which I still use to prevent any recurrence of injury. As well as being very knowledgeable and skilful, Liam is also a great people-person. He communicates very clearly and his wonderful sense of humour makes each visit a very entertaining experience. Thank you Liam and Paul -I miss my visits to Body Logic!
