Took me 3 times to call before someone answered the phone and actually spoke to me about joining the gym. When I asked how much it is to join I was replied with "gym's closed today, sorry bye" and the phone was put down. regardless of it saying it's open on google and the website

Gym equipment not working for ages when you ask the staff they fob you off. The ladies behind the reception counter are too busy to talk to you still waiting for the management to contact me.

I have just phoned this facility- it rang for a long time and then the receptionist picked up the phone and just placed it on the desk where I could hear them talking. She (I could hear her voice) just carried on chatting for 15 mins. The idea is that instead of answering questions from the public, you simply pick up the phone, place it on the desk and they get bored and go away. In the meantime the phone does not ring and everyone thinks it is engaged. Then you get paid at the end of the month. OR SACKED! Do not let this person get paid when she is not doing her job. This is a public facility.
