It’s an okay gym, not a great gym but an okay gym. It’s convienant for me due to work but I admit I do not enjoy most my sessions in there. I personally don’t find some of the staff to be friendly but the new guys and lady you employed are nice. I keep to myself here, i just get on with my training but I’ve raised a few issues in the past with some staff and even the owner which seem to then lead to them being off towards me. This surprised me as I am always polite and cordial. However whatever issue they had seemed to have past thankfully. The Weight section is often untidy (like today) and there are guys who often train without tops on and do not wipe the equipment down. I will give credit to the new woman employee as she really does help clean things up but it’s only her that I ever see do it. I would recommend to others who are local for sure, and as I am heavily involved in boxing it has what I need, and when I’m not in the sports laboratory it is good to go to a gym near by. But I would stress to be vigilant. You may enjoy it here more than me. I guess it’s a matter of opinion

I love being part of this gym! The staff here are what make the experience! I'm not a total fitness freak but I do really want to improve my fitness, and the staff here are always happy to help! The manger Tito has been especially great to me during my two and a half years here. My confidence in my ability to do things here and my motivation to come in increases with every session. I love that all the classes are inclusive of the price (making my experience here even more smooth sailing!) The gym continues to improve with more equipment and accessories being added all the time. I also love the location as it is situated next to Hounslow bus station which means I can always get a bus to and frhom here! Really really happy with this gym and love the improvements I can see in myself physically and mentally :)

even though it`s small but really good and convenient for me , the staff deserves 6 out of 5 for their helpful assistance and support , the gym is fairly clean and the atmosphere is very stimulating . well done guy and keep up the good work ,

Very good Gym based in hounslow! Plus side its open 24 Hours and has free parking after 6:30pm right behind it Make sure to bring a bottle of water with you as after an intense workout it can get quite hot inside but there is a water refill station inside. The gym has a zero intimidation factor! No matter what your weight skinny or fat, bony, scrawny everyone is there to help you including the staff, no one will down at you. Staff give good recommendations on what to incorporate in to your diet to help you achieve your goals Staff also went through the anytime fitness iPhone app with me which has great workout routines including videos on how to get the most out of the exercise including the right form etc. If your plan is to get in to shape or just improve your health overall i would 100% recommend this gym ! you can always walk through the door with confidence

Brilliant Gym. I would particularly recommend Dyon, both as a PT and his ''bootcamp' class he holds. Extremely professional gym here in Hounslow. I love this gym and I will be a member for many years to come! Thank you!
