Visited this branch as general Nuffield member.nnThis is situated near Harlequins stadium Tickenham Stoop.nnThis has a gym and studios, a pool which is small but larger than an exercise pool, and saunas. The latter in the changing rooms.nnThe staff were really friendly as a visitor and warmly welcomed.nnThe facilities were clean and well kept.nnIt true that for some reviews thinking this could do with a little upgrade here and there, and the showers in the men's I would say definitely need an upgrade.nnI guess overall for the cost is best visited to see everything.nnHad many classes on offer also.
I have been coming to this gym for years, and I can genuinely say all the staff there are amazing! I always feel very welcomed when I enter the club, the team including Ryan, Pip, Ethan, Felix, Liz and Becca are always very welcoming and chatty. Any issues I have had have always been sorted out when I have spoken to the team, with Ryan especially taking the time to fix a problem I had with my class bookings recently. The facilities are great and a lot of investment is being put into the space currently.nnThe atmosphere in the club is always friendly and positive, which makes such a difference compared to other gyms I’ve been to in the past. The team clearly care about the members and go out of their way to make people feel comfortable and supported. It’s also great to see improvements constantly being made to the equipment and overall environment.
Initially when I signed up with Nuffield I was really happy to be able to use their clubs across country, however, there are couple of clubs stockley park and Twickenham which are very disappointing. The Twickenham club is the smallest one I've ever been to with very poor ventilation and there is always something broken as you see in my pictures below. Very rude staff and unprofessional, I'm not sure why would you need to pay 8 staff memeber to chat behind the counter and not following up with the repair process of the equipment. I'm sending a formal complaint to their head office too, I'm paying a premium tier 1 fee and getting 1 star services!
I’ve had consistently great experiences at Nuffield Health Twickenham. The whole team is always professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had an issue or needed support.nnPip and Ryan in particular have been fantastic at dealing with any problems quickly and professionally, which really makes a difference. The front of house team also deserves credit — they’re always friendly, accommodating, and make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door.nnIt’s refreshing to be part of a gym where the staff clearly care about the members and go the extra mile to help. Highly recommend!
Nuffield Twickenham is a great gym, run by a fantastic friendly professional team on the phone or in person. As a mum, Nuffield Twickenham gave 2 great gifts for life to my son. They gave him a passion for the gym and made him an excellent swimmer with 1 to 1 swimming lessons. I cannot thank the entire friendly team enough with a special thank you to Ryan on the management team for amazing friendly service and Alison who taught my son to be an excellent swimmer. My son is now away at first year university and Nuffield Twickenham are great at freezing membership costs when at uni and activating when home for holidays. Very easy to use and brilliant service from a parent perspective. My son loves your gym. Keep up the great team work at Nuffield Twickenham.
