The care manager Paula Routledge and her care staff are amazing and very helpful whilst in today doing eye test's on their lovely resident's. Nothing was too big and we had a cup of coffee and biscuits which is always a good sign.nGreat staff very polite and attentive to resident's. It's been I pleasure and look forward to visiting again soon.
The staff at Ponteland Manor are absolutely wonderful and take such amazing care of the residents - really such a brilliant place wish brilliant people working there.
The manager and care team are so very kind and caring. The atmosphere in the home is calm and reassuring. The environment is clean and well kept and the needs of residents are well catered for. Events are provided to entertain the residents which are varied, fun and interesting, lounge areas are great for company, tv and chats. For those requiring quiet time rooms are spacious, light and comfortable with tv’s and plenty of lovely, kind and cheerful staff popping in for checks. From a family perspective it is so very reassuring to know mum is safe and being well cared for.
Visit regularly as a healthcare professional. Staff always have a keen interest in the welfare of their residents , actively seeking feedback from visiting professionals re patient resident health progression. Staff are also very proactive in discussing the role they can play in improving resident health and wellbeing which is refreshing.nI have met/liaised/worked with the home manager on many occasions. She comes across as exceptionally vested in the health and well-being of her residents which is blatantly the heart of her role.nI haven't yet met a patient resident who isn't well cared for and who doesn't come across as well settled and happy in this environment.
I couldn’t rate Ponteland Manor highly enough. The level of care and consideration shown is second to none the staff are wonderful with all of the residents. It means the world to know our loved one is being so well looked after.
