The staff are very caring not only to Ken but to me when I visit. It is a very clean and comfortable care home. 5 out of 5 to all
Visit regularly as a healthcare professional. Staff always have a keen interest in the welfare of their residents , actively seeking feedback from visiting professionals re patient resident health progression. Staff are also very proactive in discussing the role they can play in improving resident health and wellbeing which is refreshing.nI have met/liaised/worked with the home manager on many occasions. She comes across as exceptionally vested in the health and well-being of her residents which is blatantly the heart of her role.nI haven't yet met a patient resident who isn't well cared for and who doesn't come across as well settled and happy in this environment.
I couldn’t rate Ponteland Manor highly enough. The level of care and consideration shown is second to none the staff are wonderful with all of the residents. It means the world to know our loved one is being so well looked after.
All of the staff here were so kind, professional, and compassionate while my father was staying here. Couldn't ask for better care for him and always friendly and helpful. A credit to the profession.
