The staff inside the Gym are absolutely fantastic. They will make you feel welcoming and brilliant with customer service. The reason of the 2 stars is because of the staff. The 3 stars missing are due to the lack of support the staff have from the actual gym owners. The equipment is poor, lighting in the gym makes it feel like an office space. They decided to take away placing personal items on the gym floor when the lockers are broken and we share the gym with a school which you don't feel confident leaving your own personal items where you can't see.nnThe gym has so much potential but lacks support from the actual company. If they speak to the staff that are on site day to day. There ideas on how the gym could be benefited would be a huge value but instead the big boss spends 1 day at the gym and implements decisions that makes it worse. Its a goodbye after a full year.

Come here for lane swimming a few times a year when visiting family.nnOverall I think this is one of the best 25m pools I’ve been to. Pool programme seems quite good, never too busy and good lane discipline from other swimmers.nnThe facility is very impressive and clean.nnI believe they are changing the locker system to padlocks, which don’t really work for lane swimming, £1 refundable lockers would be more suitable.nnOverall a throughly enjoyable.

I came here with my daughter and we had a great time. She loved the water feature and slide. The changing rooms were also great. I’m definitely planning to come back.

The gym needs servicing, sled runners don't work, rowing machines don't run smoothly, floors are uneven where plates are used. Boxing equipment past it's best and now they are sticking signs up everywhere telling you they will confiscate your clothing if you don't bring a padlock to the gym.nnTo add - sauna closed, disabled toilet out of action.nnPoor all round.

I need to split this in two.nnThe actual place is ok. New building is nice, soft play is good. Staff are friendly when I've needed to speak to them. One big complaint is how cold the pools are. They have been freezing the last few times we've been.nnNow for the big complaint. The website and booking through Places Leisure is an absolute joke. So difficult to use and not user friendly at all. That needs a vast overhaul as it's absolutely useless and frustrating to use.
