Really nice pub with great atmosphere. Rooms are lovely, very clean and close to lots of places to eat. Great location for quick and easy access to the airport.nAll staff are helpful and really friendly. Continental breakfast included and was a nice start to the day.nWould definitely recommend and stay again

Great location with comfortable rooms and friendly staff.  No food served here except a very good continental breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit. Good choice of restaurants in Ponteland anyway and it’s easy to get into Newcastle city centre from Callerton Parkway metro station.

I arrived cold and wet with and dead phone from a bike gone wrong. Vatalii was a star! Helped get my phone charged and let me know the way to the closest shop. The beer on draft was perfect and ill definitely be back, hopefully dry next time

Parking is a nightmare!nI've been trying since April 2024 to get them to call off the attack dogs at civil enforcement with no success. Everytime I call the staff say they'll take care of it and still they want £270 and they are threatening legal action and more charges to me. This is no way to treat customers!!!nI parked while I had a pint of Guinness.nnThere are better pubs near by who respect customers

Very basic rooms and very noisy at weekends when the pub closes and people / teens remain in the streets. Parking can be difficult as well
