We got a fab deal on Wowcher…. Nice, clean, very friendly staff & helpful, free car parking so that’s a bonus, continental breakfast was nice and refreshing, we were placed next to the pub rather that being in the pub room 9 it was lovely, you have to walk up stairs to get to it, Plenty of out side seating in sun also in shade. If you walk over the road there is a perfect seat to sit on hidden away it shows in photos. Lots of pubs around and lots of lovely restaurants

We loved everything about the place all staff was so lovely welcoming nothing was too much trouble. Even when the bar staff were really busy. We couldn't fault anything. We loved it so much. We are going back next weekend fabulous place and people well worth the journey

Fabulous place.  Really easy to find.  Not far from the park or the shops.  Good parking and easy if you are having mobility issues.  Special mention to Judith and Andy for being so accommodating.

Having passed this pub many times I discovered the carpark at the rear of the building through the traffic lights. Lots of space inside, no need to find a window seat, it's obscure glass. Outside seating also at the rear. Nice greeting from a staff member when we went in. Wheelchair accessible.

Would advise anybody thinking of visiting this venue not to!! Myself like others leaving reviews have been stung with £100 parking charge for parking in the car park. Mine was from 2 years ago where I contacted the bar to be told this would be sorted out. Now today I’ve had to pay £180 as it’s too late to appeal and furious. Why can’t you put a very clear sign and have bar staff check with new customer to enter their reg? Daylight robbery
