Like they are not bad enough, a person driving a patient transport van stands saying to someone that they are not getting any treatment, well if you must know you are not in a position to dictate who gets treatment from a hospital as you are not a Dr or nurse so keep your nonsense to yourself Mr. Also no one was speaking to me in any such way as you were perceiving and when the other person had said they had been attacked 5 times it wasn't anything to do with the way they were it was the fact that the person who was with the person you were getting at that day had been attacked but they hadn't even done or said anything, so Mr with the grey hair and who had a London accent you know nothing, and as for people in hospital being unwell and dying, well like you were told, that is your faults isn't it. Terrible ambulance service, staff and management.
Collected from GP surgery Whitley Bay Health centre this Monday morning and taken to NSECH in Cramlington for urgent pacemaker - wonderful service / speedy response and lovely staff - faultless. 5 stars

They came for our little baby. They arrived very quickly at night. They were very kind and friendly. They took very good care of the baby. They did their best to entertain him without scaring him. When they reached the hospital, they followed him to the nurse. I only remember the driver's name, his name was Rob. There was a female nurse and a young student assistant in her team. We thank you on behalf of our family for what you have done.
Waited all day for my father to be collected from respite care, they didn’t show up and now we’re unable to book over the weekend. The care home need the bed back so no idea what we’re going to do now
