Bought a blood test with a third party, which included the clinic appointment with Randox. When I went online to book an appointment there were no appointments between June - December 2024! So, I've had to cancel and book elsewhere. Pretty disappointing.

booked a blood sample to be drawn here with nationwide pathology. came in for my appointment and attempted to check in, stated i had an appointment for bloods and the receptionist was quick to tell me that there were no doctors or nurses in to do them, and that i must be looking for the NHS clinic further into the village.nnonly after telling her i was sure i was in the right place and showing her my email confirmation by my own volition, this was not requested she miraculously pulled out a handwritten list with my name noted and told me to take a seat.nnsurely she could have asked what my name was and checking instead of instantly telling me i’m in the wrong place, and lying to my face? if i didn’t know any better i could have just lost my money.nnafter this was sorted out the doctor who supposedly did not exist was lovely and provided a quick friendly and professional service.

Excellent service for a visa medical. Appointment was arranged very quickly on this occasion first thing the next morning, and the fees very reasonable. Fast turnaround of paperwork as soon as test results were back. Would recommend for those require a visa medical or other private medical.

I had to do a visa medical to China and this appeared to be the only clinic in the North East that provides the service. The appointment was organized very quickly and all tests were arranged according to my schedule. This was nothing but a pleasant experience. Happy to recommend this place.

I had some blood tests done with Dr Ahmad. Very friendly and efficient service. He promptly found an issue I had & sent me a prescription to resolve the issue. I’ll be going back here
