Rude staff, extremely cold and snappy. Trying to get out of major faults that were reported well before their '2 year deadline'. They appear to think not addressing the issues and letting them run over this deadline will absolve them of all responsibility.

If your thinking of buying off these don't. Literally go elsewhere.   Utterly useless customer service Dont care anything about you and would rather sell you an overpriced mess than take responsibility.  Once they have your money they don't care. Avoid.

100's of snags in my home, customer care team are not helpful at getting issues resolved. Been in the house for a year now and issues raised in the first week still not addressed. Managing director and head of customer care have not kept to their commitments and promises. An absolute shambles, I do not know how these are not rated a 5 star builder, actually I do, it's because they offer bribes for good reviews.

Repaired toilet left it not working. 3 months later still advising they will fix it. Kitchen not fit for purpose, very cheap and already had 5 doors and bench replaced. Management avoid returning calls and then send you a text advising you have recently had work carried out in your home. Very evasive, they think once 2 years has passed they can relinquish responsibility despite issues reported before this date. Highly unprofessional, accept your mistakes and rectify them instead of wasting customers valuable time. Inexcusable behaviour due to inexperienced incompetent management.

Buying a new house through Persimmons Homes has to be the worst decision in my life. Couldn't be more dissapointed. Avoid at all cost or pray you don't have as many issues as we still have after nearly 2 years.
