Stopped in for lunch just before they started serving it at 12 and they were happy to seat us. Very accommodating! Little mix up with the menus but in fairness, it was nice not to have so much to choose from! The meals were delicious and came out quickly, wouldn't hesitate to come back and bring my parents and friends. The atmosphere was wonderful and the log fire they have burning made the place lovely and warm. Fully recommended a visit.

Great food and service. Home cooked.friendly staff and range of ales. Is a B&B with 5 bedrooms full breakfast included in price...Beautiful garden...with play area for kids...dogs only allowed outside..unless a specialised dog. Function room available for small weddings, funerals , Birthdays conferences and christening....
