This hotel provided an excellent experience, and I would definitely use them again! Friendly and helpful staff, very beautiful lounge area where I enjoyed the delicious breakfasts in the mornings and my coffees in the evenings. Rooms are compact but as a single traveler it met my needs perfectly and I stayed there for a week. Within walking distance of a lot of attractions and transport points.
We had a comfortable and pleasant time at this hotel. We even had a huge room! Comfortable beds. Another thing I'm not used to seeing in hotels is the LED lighting, which looks amazing! Delicious breakfast buffet! 5/5 stars for sure!
Not central but easy to walk from here. They only clean rooms every 3 days so if you need fresh towels, you need to ask. Very limited space in rooms and hardly any sockets to charge you phone if more than one person in the room. No extractor fans in bathroom and massive gap under door so little privacy.nYou can also hear people's phones vibrating in the early mornings if you need a wake up call ridiculously early.
The rooms were spacious and really clean. Fantastic service as well, and it’s in a great location that I’d say is a quiet portion of town. About a 20 minute walk from the Royal Mile, but there are bus stops really close by.
Good customer service, location of hotel is ideal very walkable to a lot of main tourist sights. Lots of nearby coffee shops/restaurants as well. The hotel room is very clean but also really SMALL. VWe booked the double bed room with windows and despite not being big people the room bathroom included was still way too tiny for a comfortable stay. Beds were small too. Very basic amenities. The only reason we booked this hotel was because this was the most affordable of all the others that we looked at. I would not recommend.
