Housekeeping is terrible. They might skip your room. There's no phone in your room so you can't call the reception in case of emergency. Elevator is not okay so you'll need to wait forever. No fridge in your room. Location was good
Never Moxy again. After booking the “lookout queen” room for the extra price and anticipating nice view from the top floor, instead got assigned inconvenient room facing a construction site that woke me up the first morning there. No warnings during booking process, no asking on the check in from the management - literally had to beg at the desk for alternatives and only then got a downgraded option. Of course, this could not but ruined the whole experience and additionally hit on my wallet.
An eccentric and trendy hotel though extremely uncomfortable room. Room size is very small and have no fridge, shower so tiny you can barely turn a full circle, and room cleaning needs improvement as we would come back and still find used glasses on the floor and crinkle bed that we have to fix ourselves. Reason for 3 and not lower amount of star is due to reception service. Special shout out to Josh and Doly if I spelled his name correctly for their hospitality. Overall will not stay at a Moxy again and does not seem like a good choice for family travel group.
Rooms are small which is to be expected but the beds were like sleeping are cardboard. Also the walls are paper thin. Every night we were kept up by other guests. Would not stay again. We are long time Marriott customers but this was one of the worst experiences. Was woken up my noise even over a loud sound machine. This was not a well designed or built hotel.
The hotel is in a convenient location but the service was poor. I waited close to an hour past check-in time for my room to be ready, staff kept telling me they had no idea how long it would be for the room to be ready, and no one apologized for the inconvenience. The manager eventually told me I would receive extra points but I never did. The room itself was modern but small; the family room was an extra mattress pushed against a king bed, which made the room very difficult to navigate.
