Playtrain is such a lovely soft play! There’s a wide variety of different activities, like role-play, a ball pit, ride-along tractors and animals, etc. The decor is really engaging for young children, with lots of things to look at all over the walls and ceilings. The staff are so friendly and happy to help, and great with the kids! There’s a wide range of food, including vegan options. It’s always really clean inside too.nnMy daughter always has the best time!
Absolutely Incredible Kids' Soft Play & Play Area in High Wycombe!nnThis is by far one of the best and most well-thought-out soft play and play areas I’ve ever visited! The space is huge, ensuring that kids stay engaged and entertained for the full 1.5-hour session. There are countless toys and themed play zones, making every visit an adventure.nnWhat makes this place truly unique is the variety of immersive play areas. There are huge stables with horses to ride, a police station, a shop, a restaurant, a vet, and even a caravan! Kids can also enjoy a picnic bench area, a sensory room, and a street with scooters and bikes, complete with traffic lights to help them learn about road safety. Everything is beautifully designed with trees, fruits, and animals around, creating a magical, interactive environment.nnOne of the highlights is the electric scooters, which are charged per session—my child absolutely loved them! For younger children, there’s a separate baby area with baby walkers, which is perfect if you have two kids. You can easily move around with your older child while keeping your little one entertained and safe.nnThe café area is another fantastic feature, offering great coffee, sweets, and a variety of breakfast and lunch options for both parents and kids. It’s the perfect place to relax while the little ones play.nnWhat truly sets this place apart is the thoughtful design and spaciousness. Unlike many overcrowded play areas, this one has limited bookings, ensuring that every child has enough room to play freely.nnI highly recommend this place to any parent looking for an incredible play experience. It’s a must-visit and, without a doubt, one of the best children’s entertainment venues I’ve ever found!
I had the pleasure of visiting Playtrain recently, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the pristine cleanliness of the entire play area. Everything was spotless, which immediately gave me peace of mind knowing my little ones could safely explore and play.nnThe staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help and make sure everyone had a great time. They truly made our experience enjoyable and stress-free.nnAnother unexpected highlight was the coffee! Not only was it delicious, but the coffee art was absolutely stunning – it felt like a treat in every cup.nnAs for the activities, there’s so much to do! The play areas are creatively designed with endless options to keep kids entertained, from climbing structures to interactive games. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making Playtrain both fun and educational for children.nnOverall, Playtrain is a fantastic destination for families. Clean, welcoming, and full of exciting things to do – we’ll definitely be returning!
Wow, what an entrance, even before we started our softsoftplay we were having lots fun, the entrance had shells on the walls, fish tanks and lots of flowers hanging down from the ceiling, oh AND a train that ran around the shop which my son loved.nOnce in we were greeted and had a lovely warm welcome from all the staff.nnThe place was filled with lots of ceiling decor, which I couldnt take my eyes off, so many things to see even for me let alone my 10month old son..hehe.nnSo many things to do, see and play, what a choice, where to go first..absolutely amazing!nnI've been to a good few softplays and most have restricted rules but here at Playtrain the rules are relaxed.nThe cafe was lovely, lots to choose from and had a sweet shop vibe to it.nnMy husband and I really enjoyed it here, definitely come back, I highly recommend this softplay for all ages.
I have been taking a 7 year old that I work with, with additional needs, to PlayTrain for a while and he absolutely loves it. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and they're so natural with the children. There's great opportunity for socialising with other children, particularly important for the young person I work with who has been chronically absent from school. I would say it's mostly suitable for nursery aged children but the lad that I take still had a blast at 7. I'm also really impressed with how frequently things get added to PT, with new things to try frequently.nnThe food and drink are genuinely really solid too which I wouldn't necessarily expect from a soft-play place. The food also comes out on creative bowls with sharks, planes etc. - it's details like that that make this place so exciting for the kids.nnSessions are 90 minutes, which seems like just the right amount of time. They play Baby Shark and blow bubbles at the end of the session to signal time up - a genius move to make it clear that it's time to go
