Love it. Been going for years, kids grown up now but still go. Best to get there for opening time & leave when closes to get as much in as possible. Can get vouchers so 1 goes free, making it less expensive. Good system in place for people with disabilities. Changed last year to app system & it worked well. Seen gradual changes over the years to keep it fresh. A brilliant family day out!

We stayed in the castle hotel during the junior builder week and it was fantastic. Once we got in the wizards room the kids were happy to stay in there all night. The hotel is so well made up and the play park is great and just outside the hotel doors. We have stayed in the bricks hotel before and the rooms are great there too but this hotel has a much better restaurant for breakfast, has an xbox in the room its quieter/not as busy and the kids got better gifts, I would stay in this hotel over the other one for sure. Was a great stay 😀

Third time if coming to the hotel.. different room each time. So the room we booked is up for maintenance and get pushed to a room we have been in before. Nothing they could do...offered in store credit. NO Thanks how about getting the room we paid for or even one we've not been in. Staff weren't concerned that my boy was looking forward to a new room for his birthday. Very poor......... will be discussing this with the school groups.

Had a great day out with a friend. Lots to do with all the rides and shows. Really could have done with one more day to catch it all. Went on a shoestring and packed our own food. Bags were searched at the entrance (standard for theme parks these days) and food was not confiscated, thank goodness. Would have hated to be stuck paying theme park food prices! Staff were helpful, queues weren’t too bad. Ended up chatting to some really neat very people. Didn’t go with any kiddies so can’t comment from that point of view. Parking was organised. Was easy to get to with my Google maps and also sign posted as we got closer to the destination. All in all a good recommendation.

I love this place I have been 6 times and spent loads of money. The rides are fun the shop is great. One of my favourite places was mini land everywhere was made from Lego. I am a huge Lego fan. I would give this place more than 5 stars. Many Lego fans travel the whole country to come to here as it is the only one in the country. I highly recommend great place to spend days here. I would also recommend the Lego store in Leicester Square in London the world largest Lego store in the world.
