This place is awful!!! Very dirty and smelly. The under 2s area has strong urine smell and in some places are wet, lots of rubbish throughout. My 8 year old daughter been seating with me and watching her brother playing in the under 2s area and been told off by the member of staff "she is not allowed even seat there" because she's not under 2s . Also been overchurged £32

Reluctantly stepped into this place for a 2nd time (actually was the 3rd time if a refunded admission counts!?)... 2nd time there were no seats available so on this visit I asked the woman on reception if she knew whether there were any tables available, she retorted with "I'm just on reception I'm too busy to look"... as a customer it was a pretty simple question really, after all she was the one letting people through the gate! Had a very excited 6 year old with me who just wanted to play, I asked if someone else might be able to confirm if there was any seating available and was told "No we're too busy!"... So I said that if I paid the entrance cost to find there was nowhere to sit I'd be asking for a refund ("against our policy" apparently although this is exactly what happened on our 2nd visit!!) Needless to say I persevered and was permitted to check for myself and I'm so glad I did! It was a free for all through that admission gate, we couldn't get out of the place quickly enough - there was no thought for public safety just interested in making money! The place should be closed down - not even deserving of 1 star... You've been warned!

Good play areas sectioned off for different ages. Good food, reasonably priced. Don't worry about jumpers even when cold as its like a sauna at times!

Visited today for the first time my daughter loved it! Was very busy being the school holidays but still plenty of room for her to run around. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. seems a good place for the kids to run off some steam.
