Black Park is a country park in Wexham, Buckinghamshire, England to the north of the A412 road between Slough and Iver Heath. It is managed by Buckinghamshire County Council. It has an area of 250ha, of which a small area of 15.3 hectares has been designated a biological Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). and a larger area of 66 hectares is a Local Nature Reserve.WildlifeBlack Park SSSI has heath, alder carr - both rare in the county - mixed and coniferous woodland and some areas of acid grassland. It has a varied fauna, and insects include the nationally rare Roesel's bush cricket. There are eighteen species of butterfly, birds including hobbies and nightjars, and snakes and lizards.

Black Park is a stone's throw away from my home. I've grown up seeing all of the developments, like the new Go Ape, coffee shop & adventure playground. It's a great place to take the family & little one's. Also a nice place to walk the dog & feed the ducks when summer arrives. Avoid the parking costs by finding nearby country roads.

The playgrounds were pretty full.  And don't get me started on How much GoApe were charging to get into their netted play area. Really  sad for the kids to  see all the fun nets and  walkways only to then have to tell them  there was no way we could spend nearly £80  to go and play there.

Lovely park with a safe and friendly atmosphere. Lots of things to do like go ape ,walks in the park, cafe and children's playground.

I thoroughly recommend it to everyone.

The go ape in the park looks amazing. Good place for family fun. Great place for walking, running, cycling etc. Dog friendly and signposted in most places so you won't get lost.

I love to take my granddaughter to Black Park she is 5 she loves the play area and then we enjoy an ice cream or a hot chocolate from the cafe just a shame you have to pay to park. There is a lake in the middle surrounded by Woodlands and grass great time for the kids and dogs
