Buying a piano is not something I do every day. But buying a new digital piano at Pianoroom Exeter proved to be one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences I've had in a long time. Keith Farnell guided me patiently around the various models in his showroom, listened to my requirements, and allowed me plenty of time to play (literally). When I settled on the Casio AP-460, he even helped me load the car. I highly recommend both the instrument I bought and the service I received.

Keith is absolutely lovely, he's got a great knowledge about the pianos he sells and on top of that he is more than helpful organising transport etc definitely worth recommending! Thank you for my U3, I absolutely love it! ❤️ Karolina and Chris

The guys working at Pianoroom are always welcoming and helpful, with great product knowledge. They offer great after sales service, which you often don't get if buying online. They stock a great range of pianos & keyboards, both new and second hand, all well presented. The shop also stocks a variety of accessories and offers first class in store tuition. If you need anything piano/keyboard related... look no further!

I recently purchased a Roland piano from Pianoroom and found the service provided exceptional. David and Keith were extremely informative and accommodating without being in any way "pushy". I visited the shop a few times before making a decision to purchase and on every occasion they were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient! My piano has been a total success and has provided everything I was looking for. I cannot rate Pianoroom highly enough and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a piano and enjoy the process with two lovely salesmen.
