Excellent service, and many thanks for sorting my laptop issues in a very prompt and efficient manner. I was able to take my laptop to their offices, just outside the city centre, and leave it to be reviewed for faults. It was dealt with within 24 hours, and I was able to collect a fully functioning laptop the day after bringing it in. Thank you, and I would recommend your services to all and sundry!

I would highly recommend Blue Ribbon Computers! I called needing someone to come out that day, and despite being out on another job when I rang, Blue Ribbon Computers were with me within ~3 hours. Essential data was backed up and a combined problem of a (not straightforward) virus and a temperamental hard drive were diagnosed and fixed in a very short amount of time. Computer is back to full functionality and all data is preserved. Bruce was professional, friendly and obviously really knew his stuff (and seemed a genuinely nice bloke!). Price was very reasonable too. Will be recommending to everyone, and no doubt I'll be using them again. A*** service.

More than excellent service. They offer a free fault analysis accompanied with repairs logistics and cost breakdown. They can always be found over the phone. Their prices, assorted with the quality of the service, are ahead of the competition and make a repair pay off in the not-so-long run, especially if the system belongs to the higher end of the scale. I expect that BlueRibbon has extended my aging laptop's lifespan by one third. Their locality -the city centre- is extremely convenient for those that do not have a car and it definitely is an additional plus. Ευχαριστώ Μπρούς - Thank you, Bruce!
