Easily accessible store with car parking. Escalators and lifts to all floors. Top floor has toilets and a restaurant where we enjoyed a cup of tea and devon scone. Good selection of women's branded clothing as well as the iconic John Lewis brand. Shop floor staff member helpful when we asked where an item would be located in the store. Made two purchases and left very happy. Will probably return later in the week on our way back through the city.

We frequently visit this store and recently purchased our beds from here. They accepts returns even after 3 months . Wow unique selling point. Excellent customer service and high quality products with long warranty makes John Lewis stand out. Ah one thing i forgot to tell is that this shop offers genuine discounts. Thanks for allowing people use your toilets which is always maintained at its best.

Truly appalling customer service from this once reputable company. They could improve this by simply answering their phones in less than 40 minutes. Never again. Don't buy a carpet from these people if you want an easy life. Give it to the local guys who really appreciate your business. Some four weeks later I am still waiting a response from my official email complaint.

Lovely calm atmosphere always. Just enough stock to make sure you're not thrown by too much choice. Everything is tasteful and the staff courteous. A great coffee and cake too.

Lovely store well laid out nice inside , we got caught by a promotion stand selling coffee machines they stated , could not be bought cheaper elsewhere special offer in store only today . So we purchased it machine is fine BUT once I did a quick online search I discovered said machine for considerably less online. Don't John Lewis make enough money without allowing traders to tell lies in there stores ?
