I visited C&D as I was having a problem with my Beko washing machine. After a short conversation I was advised of what the problem was likely to be and how I could rectify it myself for free. Went away and it worked. In a world of con artists and people who are out to make an easy profit, it was refreshing to speak to professionals who were more concerned with doing the right thing for the customer than their profit margin. Needless to say, I now have a new contact for my white goods and general household items.

Came back from holiday with a stack of washing and only managed to do the first load and the handle on our Beko washing machine broke! Phoned C&D - they had the parts in stock and reserved one for me. Collected it earlier this morning and its now fitted and the next load of washing is in. Thank you C&D - beats the internet hands down!!!

Like everyone else I'm delighted with C and D. Service like you used to get, so helpful, and know their stuff. If they can't fix it, they'll sell you a new one with proper service at a competitive price, deliver it and take the old one away. Lovely to deal with, a real find.
