I just bought 4 little fish for the first time in my life... All the staff is so polite and friendly and helpful... They stopped the selling of fish because it was some traffic in M25 and if you travell to much with the fish in the bag may get stressed.... That's amazing...
Was shopping for a new family friend main coone cat, found everything I wanted, and with the tips I received from people working at the store, was able to select the correct type of food. Highly recommend, very friendly, and knowledgeable staff.
I tried to buy 2 tropical fish and for that they asked my personal details which I will not give out. When I asked why they told me they needed for the checkout which seems very strange, put a sticker on the bag with 2 for £12 and that is it , do not make me go thru police like enquiry just to buy 2 fishes. If you need my personal details go online and buy them, I am sure some company has everything you need on me
Helpful staff. Clean friendly environment. Lots of different pets areas. Each with lots of different things to buy.
Good size Pets at Home Shop. 1 Free Large Parking 2 Veterinary on the 1st floor 3 Dog groom room on ground floor at the back of the shop. The shop itself has lots of great choices of products, pets food and small pets like rabbits, fishes. If you love your pet and care for a pet, you should like this shop as I do.
Big shop, very friendly staff, dog friendly
The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated their assistance with choosing items for my new kitten, and they answered any questions I had.
Staff and vets are always amazing here. Take care of your pet and give you the time of day.
Love this shop, but it is getting very pricey
Just bought a puppy and had no idea where to start as a first time owner. Lisa took the time to listen and help me buy the essentials. It was a busy day in the store and she still decided to take the time to advise exactly what I needed to do. She is an absolute gem! Thank you Lisa!!
