Thank you Jerry and Lee for a great customer experience today, you made me feel at ease and I spent plenty of time at the store choosing my carpet. Thank you for the advice and making my first carpet purchase easy and enjoyable as carpet shopping can be very daunting when there is so many styles to choose from. Amazing customer service guys!
Went to your show room today with the intention of purchasing carpets but unfortunately there was only one member of staff who was busy with someone else and completely ignored us to the point we walked out along with another customer after about 40 min. Shame we had a large order. If this is your front of house impression I'm surprised you're still trading. I would simply not feel comfortable ordering from you.

Visited Carpetright Lakeside for carpets and laminate and really impressed at the customer service recieved. Marie and Michael who we dealt with were knowledgeable, helped us with our choices and answered our many questions. We found Carpetright prices very competitive and I would highly recommend this store.
Michael at the lakeside branch is fantastic, really helpful, patient and very friendly made ordering so much easier and helped us make a really good choice, highly recommend seeing him when visiting the lakeside branch, carpet right you have wonderful salesman working there.
I truly feel bad for the owners of this Carpet right. Business partner and I were both absolutely shocked at the attitude and sarcasm we received from the employee. Turns out to be the manager. I calmly explained to the gentleman that there is no need for sarcasm, he replied, in a threatening manner, “that’s not sarcasm sir, you will know when I start to be sarcastic”. Carpet Right, your are a reputable company and I urge you to investigate.
I don’t think words would do this review justice for Jerry at the Lakeside branch as he was amazing which still falls short of describing the experience from start to finish. Jerry was fully engaged and on board from the word go. He helped us chose the carpet for our entire home as if it was him living there and literally testing each carpet practically to get ensure the end product meets our every need. Jerry is a perfect example of someone living the values and is a role model of how customer service should be. I think Carpetright need to recognise that they have a gem of employee working for them. Thank you Jerry for your help and support with our order. I cannot thank you enough.
I cannot fault the service we received from Michael in the Lakeside branch, we have ordered a carpet for our stairs and landing, and would recommend Carpet Right to anyone!
