Absolutely love pets at home. Staff are fantastic and it's just a lovely place to be in.

Don't go here for fish unless you like being refused a sale by officious, rude and condescending staff. I have twice attempted buying fish here and after being treated like I was stupid and given the third degree, staff refused to sell me fish (even though I have successfully kept fish likely since before these staff were even born).  Terrible experience.  Go to Maidenhead Aquatics if you value respectful service.

Same as any other branch - friendly staff, plenty of parking, good selection of products but a little pricey.

Great pet store. Some good bargains on dog biscuit and a wide range of animals products .
