Been going to this place since it first opened. A couple of weeks ago I was on a visit with my daughter and grandchildren (which coast me a small fortune) but because of unclear messaging and no ticket machine.  I ended up with a £100 fine, be careful you don't stay over 4 hours or you could be fined. This place has a doctor's, bank and a food court. So if you bank, go for food and then end up at the doctor's make sure you do all this with in 4 hours!!
