Great shop for all you household repairs and decor needs. They stock a wide range of plumbing, heating, electrical, diy etc. The have a wide range of fixtures and fittings for home and garden. There is and excellent range of seasonal plants for both indoor and outdoor. In stock you'll find all you need for kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. They also have a great range of festive decor for Christmas. Outside you'll find adequate parking for easy loading.

A very helpful member of staff Rob, found what I was looking for, he really went the extra mile for it. The checkout staff were helpful and friendly.

Just like here because its reasonably priced. Staff welcoming even Security Guard who once he realises a 6ft worktop will not fit in a re-usable bag is most accomadating. Well laid out, we bought a load of laminate flooring which is greatly admired. Bargains in plants too. Love it.

Went in today to pick up a roll of wallpaper that was of a specific batch as we had been told it was in stock by a girl in the Craigavon store who by the way should not be working with the public has no way with people, she didn't check properly nor did she offer to reserve it for us in the Boucher road home Base who she said had it, they didnt. Luckily we came across a young lad who was restocking the wallpaper aisle in the boucher road store, I'm sorry I didn't get his name, as he couldn't do enough for us went and checked in other stores in the Belfast area asked us which was the most convenient and reserved it for us. Thanks. The staff in the Newtownabbey were nice too but the young lad in the boucher road gets top marks.

Didn't have what i wanted despite their computer indicating there was 2 in stock. Drove up from Belfast having checked on line first. Wasted my time. Only saving point was the helpfulness from an employee called Michael. He checked and apologised for the inconvenience.
