Brilliant staff. Highly knowledgeable, eager to help with no pressure sales. Good clean bright store plenty of stock and so much on display in every department. Highly highly recommend

Got an ok range of goods. Located in a place that is easy to find and plentiful parking to the front of the store.  Service is dreadful though. I went in looking to purchase an item for which I wanted some advice. Despite there being very few customers in the shop I could not find anyone to offer me assistance. It wasn't as if the staff were busy serving other customers. There was just no one on the shop floor to even stop. I waited 30 minutes for someone to offer assistance. I then left the shop and took my custom elsewhere.  I won't bother trying again.

The store for camping walking fishing cycling mountaineering and many other out door activities if you join the club you get great discount it has many offers some up to 60%off well worth the trip shame one wasn't close to the peninsula

Was really disappointed.  Went in looking for a water carrier and thought it was one price. When I got to the till I was told that was the "discount card" price. So, I asked for a discount card only to be told it was £5 for the privilege.

First and last time I'll go there!  Worse than Ryanair!
