Have never had a bad experience in this store. Staff are very willing to help and be on hand for advice. Today Adam and Chloe were exceptional with their hard work. They were put through their paces today trying to make things right for us. They were amazing.
Adam and Ben were absolutely sending it. They had a party for us on the tent and let us test out the fishing rod. Thank you Adam and Ben for your service. Their intelligence has no limit. They really informed us and prepared us to face the big outdoors. Well done lads give yourself a pat on the back
Great store - runs 10-15% cheaper than many other big brand stores like Millets and blacks etc! Great staff, displays are neat and tidy, well stocked as well!nStaff are incredible as well, sadly I forget their names but one guy double-checked the sizes of the shoes in the box and luckily he did, would've been away home with a size 6 and 7! He was also lovely help at the till and got me a new membership card sorted after I lost mine within seconds :D
We were helped a great deal at Newtownabbey store by Luke M. who advised and directed us around the shoes and sandals and served us very well. Nice to meet a pleasant member of staff which is so lacking in many other stores.
Fantastic local store with plenty of parking.nStore is massive, so you’re bound to find what you’re looking fornFriendly knowledgeable staffnI was advised to take out a discount card, this give me good savings on my purchases.nTried to get similar items online, but sometimes, just going to a shop is better
