Highly disappointed needed to exchange 3 tops I’d bought for my mother in law which I bought exactly 1 week before had proof on my online banking and my bank card I used to pay and they refused to exchange! I had lost the receipt and wasn’t offered an email receipt like most other company’s trying to go greener. Very rarely shop in primark and this has put me off entirely! Need to update your processes & policies.

As with NI Primark stores, stuff was all over the place. There’s clearly not enough staff employed to sort the goods out after people have rummaged through them. It’s a shame as the ones in Ireland are always tidy. Maybe it’s to do with the lack of space where the stores are stuffed full of items that you can’t move. Teen girls have a limited selection. Light in is poor. The person who thought selling Greggs clothing was a good idea needs a good talking to. Eugh.
This store is always very chaotic but the staff are well positioned in store and easy to find. They were making a great effort to try and fold clothes after people just dumped them back on the shelves.nnThe clothes we purchased were well priced and good quality. The cashier was very friendly and made light conversation.nnThe queue was dealt with urgently and attended to. Management was out and about to ensure service levels are well maintained.nnThere was a complaint ahead of us and the staff were very attentive and empathetic to the customer.nnGreat overall experience
It was easy to locate what I needed, though space between aisle is limited but we got around and payment was easy.
