Shopping at primary is great some good bargains

This store has become a major fashionable store from what it was a couple of years ago.The clothes,shoes,homewares and children's ware have become as fashionable as any other major outlet.The only downside of the store is the ladies sizes they are sometimes smaller than what the label says & the same applies to bigger sizes too.

I was in store last night. I asked a member of staff if they had a size we needed in  a bra set for my daughter. she didn't take the item with her. As any other staff in any other store that we have been in would have. My daughter waited in the same place that she was when she asked about the item when I went back she was still there. I looked and the girl was back fixing shelves. My daughter went over and all she said was no don't have it.  
I was not happy that she had left my daughter standing for 10 minutes without letting her know. 
I went to pay for my items snd asked to speak to a manger. She came over after about 10 minutes of me asking to speak to her. She said that the staff be up  and down the stairs so many times and they cannot be expected to remember who sent them. 
Again I was not happy. Isn't that there job to check for stock for customers ?
No words of apology. I told her I was going to be doing this she asked me to give her my name and address and she would do it. I told her no thanks and  left. 
Now we shop regularly in primark stores and in very busy stores like Belfast and Derry i have never had any problems. I worked in retail myself and would never have dreamt of treating anyone like that.
