Went to B&Q to get a color. I had an old color which was running out. Took sample of that old color and B&Q color guys were able to mix color and generate exactly same color. It was perfect. Option of type of finish is great as well. One could choose matt, shine etc. Highly recommended
Good big B&Q store, with friendly helpful staff. A wide range of choice for small or large DIY projects.nMay not have everything you are looking for though.
AVOID THIS STORE!!nnSold me a returned item with a defective high pressure hose.nCustomer care will not replace the hose.nnI must waste 2 hours of my day to return a defective pressure washer that was opened, soiled and sold to me AS NEW.nnPlease see photos of the item I was sold as it was opened - showing scuffs, marks, dirt, and a defective improperly fitting high pressure hose.nnThis was sold at full price, and not otherwise noted as a returned item.nnHang your heads in shame, this is not how to treat your customers.nnBosch have been useless also refusing replace the faulty hose.nnLook at the pictures - this was sold to me AS NEW!! No wrapping, it was marked, scuffed, and clearly had been returned due to the defective hose.nnMeasurements of a correctly fitting end, and the larger incorrectly fitting end will not fit.

I was in B&Q on Friday night and was struggling to find a suitable paint which would allow me to paint the tree house I built for my son as a surprise as he has been away for the past week. At a busy time Sarah was very helpful and I was able to pick a colour that my son was very happy with after finishing it yesterday.
