Worst shopping experience I have ever had. Young lady 'helping' me simply left and went away. My 12 year old son then heard her 'discussing' me with 2 other members of staff. Embarrassing and very unprofessional, will never shop here again.

Quite simply a terrible experience. Ordered online to collect in store the next day. 6 days and 3 emails later and I am told it is available for collection. Arrived at shop and informed staff member I was here to collect online order. Told to wait in footwear. 10 mins later still waiting. Asked another member of staff if they could get my order. 10 mins later still waiting. Asked a third member of staff and they simply walk up to desk, get it and hand it to me. Absolutely unbelievable, best going to Sports Direct.

Picked traininers today, i knew what i wanted. Thought of buying from here as it was convenient and price was same at all stores anyway. Waited 10 mins for the size to come down. Was brought the wrong size. Waited another 20 mins nothing came. Service was shockingly horrific. Left with £90 to spend else where
