Lady in lighting dept was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Cafe lady helped me with allergens. Very nice gf bun and cup of tea! Very happy!
Stopped for a quick break so only had coffee. Staff friendly and quick to serve. My cappuccino coffee tasted great with plenty of froth from first to last sip, thoroughly recommend.
Served by lady with tattoos all down her arm. Susan I think her name was.on receiptShe was very rude and not a bit pleasant. Dunelm please train your staff on customer care ! As no customers no jobs Susan.Doesnt hurt to be polite !! Don't think I'll return to store !
Excellent range of curtains, bed linen, duvets, pillows and home items. Good parking outside. Aisles wide enough to walk around with a pram. Coffee shop upstairs and customer toilets. Lift to go upstairs woth pram or trolley. Email receipts given here as well as hard copy receipts which is great to prevent losing receipt in case of returns. Helpful staff. Quiet in the evenings if you need to spend time choosing/matching colours!
Stress free easy shopping, the staff are really helpful and are very knowledgeable if you have a query. I love the prices you can kit your whole house out in 1 store...what's not to like about that, Dunelm it's been a pleasure
