Exceptionally good customer service by Jonny, and also Cameron in the Newtownabbey bike department. The guys were friendly, genuine, and really know their bikes. They gave us great advice as well as patience to try out a variety of different sizes, types, price points etc; and we left having bought the perfect bike. Would absolutely recommend!

Required battery for land rover. Just provided reg. assistant located appropriate battery and even carried it to boot. Wonderful
Even with giving both the make/model and registration number, still managed to give me the incorrect bulb... And then a whole lotta attitude when I went back into store for a refund nAnywonder stores are empty !!!
Went to the store looking for a spark plug for a generator. Unfortunately, rather than use the spark plug part number Halfords only appears to be able to find the correct plug by vehicle registration rather which obviously doesn't apply. After a search for the equivalents of the spark plug part number I had , I left empty handed even though the generator uses a common N9C/BP6ES plug. Unfortunately the staff member I talked to was little help in identifying a suitable plug.nBest stick with a proper motor factors next time. Ended up ordering the part off Amazon for next day delivery.
