Really good customer service. Was attended to by two different employees in the upstairs department of the newtownabbey store. I had several different requests and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definately recommend using their department again.

In looking coolant for a car, asked a gentleman called Barry while he was in the middle of getting something from the store for another customer, he was happy to give advice and came back over to us after helping the customer about 5 minutes later to see if we were content and if we needed any further assistance. Lovely guy, I never write reviews but wanted due to due to his kindness ☺️

Audi tt waited an hour for a guy who couldn't get the front light out to replace bulb. Couldn't get light back in. Then couldn't find the bulb. Total waste of time.

Went in with my 1 year old daughtert to get a quick bulb change,40 minutes 2 employees later,they told me I need to remove my front number to change the bulb,I don't know who trained these people but"REMOVE A BUMBER TO CHANGE A BULB".Went home nursed my daughter to sleep and done it myself in 5 minutes, what a bunch of dummies, I wouldn't let these people near my daughters toy car.

Bought a few items here, camping and cycling stuff. Mostly things were reduced, just as well as most things here seem expensive. Staff friendly and helpful though.
