Terrible experience- couldn't buy a pet in a pet store. 

The customer service here was awful. I’ve been in other Pets at Home stores and have had excellent service. 

The whole experience was stressful and way too difficult. All I wanted was a pet rabbit, and the women who was "helping" me was so rude and difficult. 

Pets at Home shouldn’t have employees like this. Buying a rabbit shouldn’t be that stressful.

There's a huge range of pet products in this store like most other Pets at Home Stores. There's also a groomers upstairs as well as a vets.
