A rather pleasant experience this time, attentive but not in your face which is appreciated. When we did have questions the sales team were knowledgeable and very helpful in swapping mattresses in the display room onto different bases for the full experience and without any hassle. Pleasant experience. One thing that could make a vast improvement is their IT. They were unable to look at various purchases in their system from different branches. In this day and age that is a bit of a pitfall and would prove a bit more cohesive for the group.
Lucy made us very welcome as soon as we entered the store. She showed a very pleasant helpful manner which quickly set us at our ease. The results of the tester were shown giving a good range which were on display.we were shown the options available and,with good guidance were able to make a buying decision.we look forward to the delivery and many nights of comforting sleep. Thank you Dreams and to Lucy for her excellent service
We were served by Gareth at Dreams in Waterlooville. From start to finish, Gareth was professional and very attentive without being at all pushy. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to guide us expertly through the numerous bed options and various levels of comfort. He wasn’t pushing the most expensive options and after spending over an hour with us left us to test the beds at our leisure and to arrive at our own informed decision. Highly recommend Gareth and Dreams if you are looking to invest in a new bed. Nothing was too much trouble.
Gareth helped us out today massively with our mattress and bed frame. He was kind, friendly, approachable and helped us meet our budget for bed for new family home. He showed us the sleep machine and allows us time to think about what we wanted. Highly recommend seeking Gareth’s support if in work in store and really impressed with his service. Thanks buddy!
Shaun's assistance was invaluable. From the moment I entered the store, he warmly welcomed me and guided me through the process of finding the perfect bed. Utilizing the innovative bed measurement technology, we tailored the options to suit my needs. Shaun's thoughtfulness and attentiveness shone as we explored various pillow options, and he consistently provided insightful answers, aiding me in making an informed decision. Having visited three other stores, including Benson for Beds and John Lewis, it was ultimately Shaun's expertise and the compelling offer that convinced me to choose this store.
Lucy at the waterlooville branch was so helpful! She was very thorough telling us all our options and what suited us best. She was also brilliant with our daughters and kept the occupied for us whilst laying on the different mattresses. 5 star service and can't wait for our mattress to be delivered
Went it to look at a new bed and mattress, Robin was very informative without being pushy. He let us have some time to browse before asking questions to help us make a decision. Very happy with the service we received
Brilliant from start to finish, we went to have a look around and from the moment we walked in the staff were amazing. We looked around when Gareth came over to ask if we were okay. We had a little chat, and he helped us decide on a mattress to suit us. Gareth was so helpful and friendly and an absolute credit to your team. We didn't feel pressured and went away with an idea of what we were looking for. We went back the following day and brought the bed and mattress we were happy with.
I saw Gareth who couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable, no pressure to buy and great advice. All the Staff were very helpful I went to several shops and decided to order from Dreams because of the excellent service I received.
I cannot thank Robin in the Waterlooville branch enough for the support, patience, and friendly manner to help me find the perfect mattress and pillows. I am a really light sleeper and Robin went out of his way too show me the sleep match equipment and recommended different mattresses to suit my needs. Thank you.
