Visited the Waterlooville store this morning, very clean, very well organised & plenty of choice in clothing for all ages. A very helpful lady by the name of Angela was very accommodating & went above & beyond in helping me find what I needed.nA massive thank you.nI would also like to say I had an elderly lady with me & for her & myself, it’s so lovely to be served by a person, it’s sociable for many that don’t get out or see many people in their daily life’s. Please keep the checkouts open for these people that need to have some sort of interaction with people. I’m sure if you were to advertise this then you will make a lot of people happy.
First time to visit this Matalan branch. So many selections for men, women and kids to choose from. Staff were helpful. Self-service tills are good as well and easy to use.
Good staff, easy to get to location, quick service at tills, decent size, and good levels of stock.nnI was shopping for between 2xl and 4xl found shirts/shorts/t-shirts that fit.
Lovely staff.nGreat products for a reasonable price
Staff were very friendly and helpful. We love this store.
