The customer support maze if they don’t send you order confirmation is the longest waste of my life. I still haven’t been able to speak to anyone so I’ll have to drive down to the store, then queue up to potentially still not get a resolved outcome.
Not busy no queues I sailed through and picked up my order with no problems. Staff pleasant and polite. Will use again.
Morning, be very careful them try to sale product already refused by other customers or in sale with a full price . Is a doggy place , I refuse to take the product and the customer service Sharon tell me off asking for refund . Shop manager need to do training to reduce this kind of incidents . I was not happy , this product was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife . Now I have to order from Amazon . Shame . I not use that shop anymore .I use different one .
Just opened box refused to return[item not expected level] at store today by the staff , bought the item yesterday came to store with complete product/box/labels and return rejected only with reason they can't take opened items which means they won't accept items which is returning by customer with reason unhappy with product. Staff should consider the customer satisfaction else they go for other options where they can easily return the product hassle free. Finally talked to Argos customer care team and they understood the situation and kept a note on the purchase reference with they approved to return item.
Beware returns policy .Tried to return an unsatisfactory item but was refused as security seal was broken . I dont know how I would know if the product was suitable unless I took it out of the packaging. Customer sevices is in the Phillipines and were worse than useless . From now on only ever using Amazon or John Lewis ..expensive lesson learned !.
