My wife and wanted a new camera , we had been to Curry's but they were useless with no available means to hold and use any of their equipment saying the power was OFF! So we chose to go to Jessops in Waterlooville. If it had not been for a member of staff by the name of Michael I think we would have declined everything, this man was most helpful, however Michael had to order the particular camera in. Two days latter my wife and I went to collect and see it in operation. Sadly our Michael was not in so we were confronted with a certain member of staff who did not seem interested and is possibly the member of staff others are eluding to in these reviews, if it had not been for the fact my wife and I had travelled over 12 miles each way and on two occasions I personally would have gone elsewhere, but my wife was most interested in taking the item and I did not want to disappoint her. I bought my camera from the manager. His knowledge and customer service were outstanding. Great advice, very pleased.

The team tried to lie about a policy with a service provided, the team was very rude and was abusive to my other half

Took my DSLR in for it's 6 month service and choose their 1 hour sensor clean. Was done within the hour. Nice and helpful staff and a good little camera shop with a small selection of gear too. The sensor was totally spotless as you would expect.

Service is diabolical waited for meal for twenty minutes food cold on arrival would not recommend to friend or family
